Can I add Time to our sessions?

When you book a session, clients are offered to schedule an additional 15 mins to be added. This is perfect for those who would like to ask more questions or even just talk more about security. Additional time can not be booked during or after a session is booked.

Do you work with AI Security ?

AI is increasingly scaling and becoming an apart of our daily lives. Best security practices when it comes to protecting your self from AI threats, fake generated content and even phishing scams through the use of AI will be offered in 2026 through Deep fake protection subscription services.

What happens if I book a session and have to cancel?

To protect time and scheduling fairness:

24-Hour Cancellation/Reschedule Window

Clients may cancel or reschedule up to 24 hours before the session to receive a full refund or avoid fees.

No Refunds

If you miss your appointment without attending or communicating, no refund will be issued.

No Refunds for Late Cancellations

Cancellations or reschedule requests made after the 24-hour window are not eligible for a refund.

Late Arrival Policy

If a client is late, the session will still end at the scheduled time. Additional time requires additional payment.

What is Outspace or Outspace Cyber?

Outspace provides educational, guidance-based digital security support, including but not limited to email strengthening, online security and breach recovery, breach review, online risk dashboards, safe shopping practices, elderly cyber care and identity protection recommendations and phishing.
The Client voluntarily participates in these services. OutSpace is also a personal cybersecurity awareness and education service. We provide breach monitoring tools, deepfake detection, risk scoring, security coaching sessions, and educational content to help everyday people understand and improve their online safety.

What We Are NOT

We are not a law firm, insurance company, financial advisor, or guaranteed security solution. Our services are educational and informational in nature. We do not guarantee that using our tools or attending our sessions will prevent all cyber threats, data breaches, identity theft, or financial loss. No cybersecurity solution can provide 100% protection.

How does the subscription work ?

All subscriptions are billed monthly through Squarespace financial. You can cancel at any time from your account settings. Cancellations take effect at the end of your current billing period. We do not offer refunds for partial months.

We reserve the right to change pricing with 30 days notice to current subscribers.

What is Outspace Coaching?

Our coaching sessions (Online Security Healing, Hacked Recovery, Elderly Cyber Care) are educational and advisory in nature. We provide guidance, awareness training, and recommendations. We do not directly access, modify, or manage your accounts, devices, or passwords on your behalf. Any changes to your accounts or devices are made by you at your own discretion.

We are not responsible for any loss, damage, or unintended consequences resulting from actions you take during or after a session.

What is a risk score dashboard?

Our breach monitoring uses third-party databases to check for publicly known data breaches. Results depend on the accuracy and coverage of those databases. A clean scan does not guarantee your data has never been compromised.

Our deepfake scanner and face exposure tools provide assessments based on available technology and data. Results are informational and should not be treated as definitive proof that an image is or is not AI-generated.

Our password breach checker uses k-Anonymity. Your full password never leaves your device. Only the first 5 characters of a one-way hash are sent for comparison.

Your risk score is a number from 0-10 that measures how secure your digital life is. It factors in how many breaches you're in, whether you use strong passwords, your deepfake exposure, and how many items you've completed on your security checklist. The higher the score, the safer you are. Your dashboard tracks this over time so you can see your progress.

Are coaching sessions recorded?

Yes, sessions may be recorded for quality assurance and liability purposes. You will be notified at the start of every session and asked for confirmation of recording at time of booking. Recordings are handled by Zoom and subject to Zoom's privacy policy. Recordings are not shared with any third party.

Is the password checker safe?

Yes. Your full password never leaves your device. We use a technique called k-Anonymity where only the first 5 characters of a one-way hash are compared against breach databases. Your actual password is never sent, stored, or seen by us or anyone else. This is the same method used by major password managers and leading security tools.

Can someone use the Face Exposure Scanner to search for me?

We require all users to confirm the photo is of themselves before scanning. Using the tool to search for, track, or monitor another person is strictly prohibited and a violation of our terms. All scan attempts are logged for abuse prevention. Misuse results in immediate account termination and legal action.

What is CYBERAI and how is it used?

Can I cancel anytime?

Yes. Cancel from your account settings at any time. You keep access to your subscription features until the end of your current billing period. No cancellation fees. No questions asked.

What is Elderly Cyber Care?

A patient, judgment-free coaching session designed for older family members. We teach them how to spot scam calls, phishing texts, and fake emails. We cover social media privacy, strong password tips, family safe word setup, and what to do if they think they have been scammed. Most sessions are purchased by children or grandchildren looking to protect their parents. Gift cards will be available in the future.

Data & Privacy ?

We take your privacy seriously:

• Email addresses are encrypted (AES-256) and hashed (SHA-256) in our database

• Uploaded images are permanently deleted immediately after scanning

• Passwords are never stored, logged, or transmitted in full

• Breach records are automatically deleted after 90 days

• Inactive accounts are automatically deleted after 6 months

• You can delete all your data at any time from the Data and Privacy page

We do not sell, share, or provide your personal data to third parties.

Terms of Service

Any acceptable uses ?

You agree NOT to:

• Use the Face Exposure Scanner to search for anyone other than yourself

• Use our tools to stalk, harass, or surveil another person

• Attempt to access other users' data or accounts

• Use our services for any illegal purpose

• Share your account credentials with others

• Reverse engineer or scrape our tools or APIs

Violation of these terms will result in immediate account termination without refund and/or legal action.

Age Requirment?

You must be 18 years of age or older to use our services, or have parental or guardian consent.

Liabilities & Risk we should know about ?

To the fullest extent permitted by law, OutSpace and its owners, employees, and affiliates shall not be held liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services, tools, or coaching sessions. This includes but is not limited to financial loss, identity theft, data breaches, or emotional distress.

Our services are provided "as is" without warrants

SCREEN-SHARING RISKS

The Client acknowledges that:

  • They may choose to share their screen during sessions.

  • They are solely responsible for hiding, masking, or avoiding any display of sensitive information, including passwords, financial details, personal documents, or private messages.

  • They may stop screen-sharing at any time.

Outspace is not liable for any information the Client reveals during screen-sharing.

NO PASSWORD HANDLING

Outspace does not type, store, save, or record passwords, authentication codes, or private information.

  • All passwords and sensitive entries will be typed only by the Client.

  • Outspace is not responsible for lost, forgotten, or mis-entered passwords or safe words during family safe word setup.

NO DEVICE CONTROL

Outspace will not take remote control of the Client’s device.
All actions are performed solely by the Client, and Outspace provides verbal or visual guidance only.

SESSION RECORDING CONSENT

Sessions will be recorded for:

  • Documentation

  • Accuracy

  • Liability protection

Recordings will remain confidential and will not be publicly shared.
A copy may be provided to the Client upon request.

Sessions are recorded for quality assurance and liability protection. By booking and attending a session, you consent to being recorded. You will be verbally notified at the start of each session and be asked to confirm during time of booking. Recordings are handled by Zoom and subject to Zoom's privacy policy.

Events

All Outspace events are for educational purposes only and all events are recorded. By attending an event, you guarantee the right to receive or be apart of digital media and recording.

NO GUARANTEE OF PREVENTION

digital security cannot guarantee:

  • Protection from future hacks, scams, or breaches

  • Prevention of identity theft

  • Full account security

Outspace provides education and guidance, not guaranteed or ongoing protection.

SERVICE LIMITATIONS

Outspace does NOT:

  • Offer legal, financial, insurance, or forensic advice

  • Investigate cybercrimes

  • Communicate with banks, platforms, or third-party companies

  • Recover stolen accounts, funds, or identities

  • Perform device repair or malware removal

All services are educational, advisory, and guidance-based.

TIME LIMITS & COMPLETION

  • Each session has a fixed duration as specified at booking

  • Completion depends on the Client’s pace, preparedness, and access

  • Additional accounts, time, or services require additional fees

  • Outspace is not responsible for incomplete tasks due to client pacing, delays, or technology issues

CLIENT RESPONSIBILITY

  • Provide accurate information

  • Follow instructions

  • Have a stable internet connection

  • Ensure their device is charged and updated

  • Secure their own recovery keys, codes, and passwords after the session

  • Bring in accounts for review or information necessary for the session.

Outspace is not responsible for device errors, account lockouts, data backups, account deletions, connectivity issues, or account access problems.

CONFIDENTIALITY

Outspace agrees to:

  • Keep sessions private

  • Never store or sell sensitive client information

  • Maintain confidentiality of all discussions

The Client agrees to maintain professionalism and respect during the session.

CANCELLATION & REFUND POLICY

  • Cancellations or rescheduling must be made 24 hours before the session for a full refund.

  • Emergency exceptions may be considered with verification.

  • No refunds are provided for no-shows or late cancellations.

  • Late arrivals do not extend session time; additional time requires additional payment.

LIABILITY RELEASE

Outspace is not liable for any of the follow and not limited to:

  • Future hacks, breaches, or scams

  • Information exposed during screen-sharing

  • Identity theft or financial loss

  • Account lockouts or password issues

  • Actions taken before, during, or after guidance

  • Third-party services or platforms the Client chooses to use

  • Full restoration of accounts or finances due

  • Account Deletions

  • Account and data backups

  • Inaccurate identity protection and online security services, breach data ( ex. incorrect risk score, falsely detecting deepfakes imaging.

You are fully responsible for your own digital security decisions.
